Terms and Conditions
The purchase of a site licence enables an individual, a company, charity, educational or health establishment or other organisation (‘the licence holder’) to make multiple copies of audio recordings which they have separately purchased from getselfhelp.co.uk in order to provide clients with a copy of the recording for personal therapy purposes only.
On purchase of the organisational site licence, the licence holder will receive an email providing instructions and access to download the purchased mp3 files to your servers.
The lifetime site licence enables the licence holder to copy the audio recordings onto any media, such as onto CD or USB flash drive, or downloadable from a secure password protected page on the licence holder’s website.
The site licence enables the licence holder to use any or all of the mp3 files available from getselfhelp.co.uk for the above purpose, after purchase of the mp3 files.
The cost of a site licence is additional to the cost of the purchase of the individual mp3 files.
The site licence does not entitle the licence holder to resell the audio recordings or otherwise use them for financial gain.
Copyright of the audio recordings remains with me, Carol Vivyan of Getselfhelp.co.uk / Get.gg.
The once-only payment can be made via Paypal or BACS – further payment details will be provided with the invoice (Payment details below).
